Most coffee apps are a remote control with a nice interface. Brew OS is different: it's the layer that governs what your Neo Pro actually does — pump pressure, PID temperature, the timing of each of the five extraction stages, flow rate. Every setting you dial in becomes a Brew Card: a saved, shareable recipe that's yours, not a factory preset.

Scan or photograph a bag — or the beans themselves — and Brew OS reads the roast and suggests an extraction curve to start from: temperature, pressure, and timing, ready to brew or fine-tune. It's a starting point, not a read on your personal taste — Brew OS gets you dialed in faster, you take it from there.
