Brew OS is the app that runs PURA NEO Pro and PURA NEO Pro Titanium. Pair once over Bluetooth, then set temperature, pressure, and timing, save the result as a Brew Card, and pull the same shot again. Your coffee, anywhere.
What Brew OS does today
- Photo-to-curve: photograph a bag of beans (or the beans themselves) and Brew OS suggests a starting extraction curve to brew or fine-tune. It is a starting point, not a read on your personal taste.
- Brew Cards: every recipe you dial in becomes a saved, shareable Brew Card code. A friend can open it and brew your cup on their own Neo Pro.
- Live extraction curves: pump power, temperature, inferred pressure, and flow drawn as the cup brews, with a true 6–9 bar extraction at the puck.
- One-tap brew and per-stage tuning: pick a Brew Card to brew, or adjust pre-infusion, bloom, and main-extraction settings within safe bounds.
- Caffeine logging: every brew logged against your daily goal.
- OTA updates: new curves and protections delivered over the air.
On the roadmap
Deeper taste-learning that redraws your curve from your ratings is on the roadmap. It is not a shipped feature yet.
