Your order is dispatched from the warehouse closest to your delivery address:
- United States — ships from Los Angeles, USA
- Europe — ships from France
- All other regions — ships from China
Launch Promotion: Free Shipping
During our launch phase, shipping is free on all orders — covering our first 1,000 units sold. Once the promotion ends, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (business days; weekends and public holidays excluded). During high-volume promotional periods, dispatch may take a few extra days — we will email you if there is a significant delay.
Estimated Transit Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:
- United States: 2–7 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Other regions: 7–15 business days
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to refresh tracking status.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in our prices or shipping. They are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
