What you get

- A place in the early-bird list — first-order-first-ship (FIFO) for Neo Pro.
Ship windows
- Neo Pro: rolling start by 2026-09-25 (FIFO).
- Neo Pro Titanium: ships from 2026-10-25.
We do not publish quota numbers. Batches ship as built.
Timeout refund
If we have not begun shipping by the stated window for your chosen machine plus 30 days, email support@puracoffee.com to request a refund of your Early Bird Pass.
